Speech Therapy

Speech pathologist Patricia Flash identifies, assesses and provides 1:1 treatment (virtual) to pre-school and school aged children with receptive/expressive language disorders, articulation and phonological processing disorders, speech fluency disorders (e.g., stuttering, cluttering, inappropriate speech rate), as well as literacy delays.

 In addition, a Patricia can support adults and children with literacy, written communication, swallowing disorders, voice and resonance disorders, stuttering, alternative and augmentative communication needs.

She can also provide education and counseling services for people experiencing communication and/or swallowing difficulties as well as support the prevention of communication and/or swallowing disorders in children and adults.

Patricia works closely with other professionals, sometimes as part of a multidisciplinary team, in providing a coordinated program of care.

    • language delay and disorders
    • speech delays and disorders including apraxia, dysarthria, developmental articulation/phonology and motor speech impairment
    • not otherwise specified communication disorders related to autism
    • developmental delays
    • learning disabilities
    • stroke
    • head injuries
    • cognitive disorders
    • hearing impairment
    • and progressive neurological diseases.

    • Therapy
      • 1 hour – $ 150.00
      • 45 minutes – $120.00
      • 30 minutes – $100.00
    • Report – $150.00
