Our fees are set at or below the recommended guidelines established by the respective regulatory bodies. Fees vary depending on the service and the practitioner. Please contact us directly to find out more about our fees.

Please note that OHIP does not cover our services, although some extended health care plans do cover (all or a portion of) our services. Please check with your insurance provider to see if you have coverage for services and which of our clinicians are covered by your plan (psychology, psychotherapy, or social work).

Fees are due at the end of each session. Fees can be paid by Visa, MasterCard, debit, or cash. A receipt will be provided upon payment, which can be submitted to your insurance company for reimbursement. We do not offer direct billing at this time.

Please note that 1-hour sessions usually end at 50 minutes to allow time to update your records, score tests, plan for your next session, and secure your information.

Related services, such as phone calls or requests for additional documentation or letters, will be billed at your clinician’s standard rate in 15-minute intervals.
